Each time our AI processes an order email to extract details like order numbers, items, and tracking info, it uses one extraction credit. Credits reset monthly.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can continue using all other features. Additional extractions are billed at $0.10 per credit, or you can upgrade your plan for a higher monthly allowance.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the higher credit limit. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial on the Professional plan with 500 extraction credits. No credit card required.
