Terms of Service

Last updated: February 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Order Command ("the Service"), operated by Order Command ("we," "us," or "our") at ordercommand.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including organization administrators, purchasers, and viewers.

2. Description of Service

Order Command is an order management platform that helps businesses track purchases, deliveries, and returns across multiple locations. The Service includes:

  • Order tracking and management across locations.
  • Email integration (Gmail, Outlook) to automatically extract order details from email messages using AI.
  • Delivery tracking via third-party carrier APIs.
  • Calendar views, export tools, and team collaboration features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into agreements.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization.

4. Email Integration

The Service offers optional integration with Gmail and Microsoft Outlook. By connecting your email account, you authorize us to:

  • Access and read your email messages using the gmail.readonly scope (Gmail) or equivalent read-only permissions (Outlook).
  • Archive email content in encrypted cloud storage for processing.
  • Send email content to our AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google) for order data extraction.
  • Store extracted order information in your organization's account.

You can disconnect your email account at any time from your account settings. When disconnected, your OAuth token is revoked with the email provider and all associated email data is deleted from our systems.

Our use of Gmail data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by sending automated requests that exceed normal usage patterns.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code through the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute access to the Service without our written consent.
  • Use the Service to collect, store, or process data in violation of any privacy laws applicable to you or your organization.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including order information, organization details, and any data extracted from your emails. We do not claim ownership of your data.

You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete your account or disconnect the relevant data source.

7. AI-Processed Data

The Service uses artificial intelligence (provided by Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google) to extract order details from emails. AI-extracted data is presented for your review before being applied to your orders.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-extracted data. You are responsible for reviewing and approving extracted information before it is applied to your orders. We are not liable for errors in AI-processed data that you approve.

8. Multi-Tenant Isolation

The Service is a multi-tenant platform. Your organization's data is logically isolated from other organizations. All data queries are scoped to your organization, and users in one organization cannot access data belonging to another organization.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible).
  • Infrastructure issues beyond our reasonable control.
  • Third-party service outages (AWS, Supabase, email providers, AI providers).

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability or interruptions.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion:

  • Your account access is disabled immediately.
  • Connected email accounts are disconnected and OAuth tokens are revoked with email providers.
  • Personal data is removed within 30 days.
  • To request deletion of all organization data including archived emails, contact us at daniel@ordercommand.com.

We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, with notice when reasonably possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Order Command be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Order Command and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may discontinue use of the Service and delete your account.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York, New York.
