By accessing or using Order Command ("the Service"), operated by Order Command ("we," "us," or "our") at ordercommand.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization.
The Service offers optional integration with Gmail and Microsoft Outlook. By connecting your email account, you authorize us to:
gmail.readonly scope (Gmail) or equivalent read-only permissions (Outlook).You can disconnect your email account at any time from your account settings. When disconnected, your OAuth token is revoked with the email provider and all associated email data is deleted from our systems.
Our use of Gmail data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including order information, organization details, and any data extracted from your emails. We do not claim ownership of your data.
You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete your account or disconnect the relevant data source.
The Service uses artificial intelligence (provided by Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google) to extract order details from emails. AI-extracted data is presented for your review before being applied to your orders.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-extracted data. You are responsible for reviewing and approving extracted information before it is applied to your orders. We are not liable for errors in AI-processed data that you approve.
The Service is a multi-tenant platform. Your organization's data is logically isolated from other organizations. All data queries are scoped to your organization, and users in one organization cannot access data belonging to another organization.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability or interruptions.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion:
We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, with notice when reasonably possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Order Command be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Order Command and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may discontinue use of the Service and delete your account.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York, New York.
